If you are not satisfied with your generated headshots, we will either regenerate them at no extra charge or provide a full refund — your choice.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.
- You are eligible for a refund if the generated headshots are of unsatisfactory quality, do not resemble your uploaded photo, or if there was a technical error during generation.
- Refunds are not available if headshots were successfully generated and downloaded, and the request is made after the 7-day window.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Visit our contact page and submit a refund request.
- Include your order ID (found in your confirmation email) and the reason for your request.
- We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Regeneration Option
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to try our free regeneration option. If your headshots didn't turn out as expected, we can regenerate them with adjusted settings at no additional cost. Simply reach out via our contact page.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following cases:
- The uploaded photo did not meet our guidelines (e.g., heavily filtered, group photo, extremely low resolution).
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
