1. Service Description

AI Headshots provides AI-powered professional headshot generation. You upload a photo, select your preferred style(s), and our AI generates professional headshots based on your selections. This is a digital product delivered electronically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using AI Headshots, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Purchases and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are inclusive of applicable fees.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.
  • All sales are one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
  • You will receive access to your generated headshots immediately upon completion (typically 2-5 minutes).

4. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your headshots, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

  • Your photos: You retain all rights to the photos you upload. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
  • Generated headshots: Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your generated headshots for personal and commercial purposes, including on social media profiles, websites, business cards, resumes, and marketing materials.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the generated headshots as standalone digital products. You may not use them to create competing AI headshot services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of individuals without their consent
  • Upload illegal, obscene, or harmful content
  • Use the service to create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our AI systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with our service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high-quality results, AI-generated images may vary in quality. We do not guarantee that every generated headshot will meet your specific expectations, though we offer refunds for unsatisfactory results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Headshots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
